In the field of sacred baroque music, soprano Miriam Feuersinger, who comes from Vorarlberg, is one of the leaders in her vocal field. She is particularly fond of the cantata and passion works of Johann Sebastian Bach and his contemporaries, which is reflected in her concert series »Bach Cantatas in Vorarlberg«. She is also a regular guest at the International Bach Academy Stuttgart, the Bach Festival Leipzig, the Bach Festival Days Köthen, and other Bach-related festivals. In addition, Feuersinger's musical work extends to sacred music up to the late Romantic period as well as to the Lied genre. She has performed with conductors such as Jordi Savall, Hans-Christoph Rademann, and Christoph Prégardien and with ensembles such as the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra, Collegium Vocale Gent, and the Basel Chamber Orchestra. She received the OPUS Klassik for her CD with soprano solo cantatas by Bach, released in 2022.
