At the age of 15, Isabelle Faust was already a prize-winner at the renowned Leopold Mozart Competition. The violinist from Esslingen has already performed with orchestras such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra, developing close collaborations with Claudio Abbado, John Eliot Gardiner and François-Xavier Roth, among others. Artistically, she explores the works of all epochs. A passionate chamber musician, Faust regularly performs with musicians such as Kristian Bezuidenhout, Alexander Melnikov, and Jean-Guihen Queyras. She recorded Beethoven's Triple Concerto with the latter two and with the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra under Pablo Heras-Casado in 2021.
