Cathy Krier's artistic profile is wide-ranging, defined by the Luxembourg pianists looking for special projects. Awarded »Rising Star« by the ECHO network in 2015/16, she has since stood out through collaborations with choreographers, musical journeys for younger audiences, music theatre and chamber music projects as well as sensitively designed solo programmes. Krier has given guest performances in Brussels, Barcelona, Birmingham, and Baden-Baden, among other places, and most recently released Györgi Ligeti's Piano Etudes on CD. »HEAR EYES MOVE« – a joint project with choreographer Elisabeth Schilling – also revolves around these etudes. Since 2018, Cathy Krier has been teaching as a piano professor at the Conservatory of the City of Luxembourg, where she began her lessons at the age of five.
