VOCES8 artist residency
This week has a lot to offer vocally! The last artist residency of the season is coming up and we are looking forward to the famous British vocal ensemble Voces8!
On Saturday, July 13, the «Voces8 Meets Chanticleer« is the summit meeting of
a cappella singing with their US-American colleagues from Chanticleer in
the Friedenskirche in Ludwigsburg, where the entire vocal spectrum from the
from the Renaissance to the present day.
On
Sunday, July 14,
a sing-along project will follow in the Speisewerk on the urbanharbor site: the project choir will perform the jointly rehearsed works together with VOCES8, and the vocal ensemble will also be heard once again on its own.

Pärt. Afterwards, the vocal ensemble will let us into the evening with popular works in an open-air setting with a relaxed summer atmosphere and a sweeping view over Stuttgart.
