Wolfegg in the Allgäu

Wolfegg Castle opens the doors to its impressive Knights’ Hall with baroque ceiling frescoes and 24 larger-than-life statues of knights to offer the concerts of the Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele an unforgettable evening in a magnificent surrounding.

Wolfegg in the Allgäu region, which is popular with tourists, has been an external venue for the Schlossfestspiele since 1984. Every year in September, following the festival season in Ludwigsburg, up to three outstanding concerts take place here. A weekend visit from Ludwigsburg is therefore definitely worth it.
