After the festival season, we collected all the broadcast dates to listen to our concerts (again).

György Ligeti would have turned 100 this year. We celebrated this with a  concert of the SWR Vokalensemble that was broadcasted live from the Friedenskirche. You can listen to the moving a cappella works such as »Lux Aeterna« and the »Ligeti Aeterna« and the »Hölderlin Fantasies« as well as a world premiere by the Hungarian composer composer Martón Illés now online.

The baritone Benjamin Appl enthused during his residency at the Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele with different formats.

How the baritone pursues his goal of bringing music to life and making it tangible can be heard in an interview with SWR2.

Philippe Herreweghe and the Collegium Vocale Gent performed music from Spain’s Golden Age on July 14 at the Evangelische Stadtkirche in Ludwigsburg: Works from the heyday of polyphonic church music by Manuel Cardoso, Francisco Guerrero and Tomás Luis de Victoria. The SWR recording can currently be heard in a broadcast by Deutschlandfunk.
