Isabel Pfefferkorn

Mezzo-soprano

The versatile mezzo-soprano Isabel Pfefferkorn stands out for her stylistic range and intuitive musicality. Thus, her classical repertoire ranges from ancient to contemporary music, and she impresses as a pop and jazz singer. Stations in her career to date have included Paris, London, Stockholm, and Vienna, as well as a tour of the USA and Canada. At the beginning of the year, Pfefferkorn also gave two recitals in Saudi Arabia. In autumn 2022, she made her debut as a soloist in Gustav Mahler's Third and Fourth Symphonies in Winterthur. Born in Austria, she works closely with contemporary composers, which has resulted in various CD recordings, including »Love Songs« by Laurie Altman. Together with a cello quartet, she produced her solo debut album »SOAKED IN COLOUR«, which will be released in summer 2023.
