Goal 13:  Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts

»Fridays for Future means all those who take to the streets for our climate.« This is the self-definition of the climate strike movement which is international, non-partisan, independent and decentrally organised. The movement calls on everyone – old and young – to take action for climate justice, species protection and the future of generations to come. Lisa, studying social work, and Paul, student of economics at college in Asperg, have joined forces as activists for socio-ecological change. They see the primary aim of Fridays for Future as consistently reminding politicians of the crisis, of their own resolutions and of scientific findings. They also draw people's attention to the dramatic effects of the climate crisis, and help in providing information for those interested.
