Paulino Miguel joined the Stuttgart »Forum der Kulturen« as specialist promoter for migrant networking and empowerment. The Forum was founded in 1998 as the umbrella organisation for the Stuttgart migrant associations. Since then, it has pleaded the cause of intercultural dialogue, cultural diversity and equal participation of migrants and their children in social and cultural life. As specialist promoter, Paulino Miguel aims to include migrants and diaspora members in the work of »One World« and to highlight their role as experts in development policy education. »Migrants are motors of development. My aim is to highlight their work and their expertise.«
