If the event is canceled before the start or less than half of the scheduled performance/performance time is played, the admission fee will be refunded in full upon presentation of the original ticket. Tickets will not be refunded if they are lost.

For a refund, please send the linked form together with your original tickets to the booking office where you purchased the tickets within the next 14 days.
