Amelie Schmidt

Amelie Schmidt was born in Dresden in 1997 and gained her first stage experience at the Studentenbühne and Staatsschauspiel Dresden. From 2020 to 2024, she studied contemporary puppetry at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts. During her studies, she made guest appearances at the Volksbühne Berlin and the Hans Otto Theatre Potsdam, among others. She won the audience prize at the recitation competition for the poet Ingeborg Bachmann in Münster in 2023.
