On the Whitsun weekend from June 3 to 5, the entire grounds of the Blühende Barock will be transformed into a unique stage for more than 40 international musicians. The «Rothko String Quartet« will open the 18. International Street Music Festival on June 3 at 6:00 p.m with a musical contribution in the Blühende Barock. in the Festival Center. The day after, on 4. June at 8:00 p.m., the «Rothko String Quartet« will give an »encore« in the Ordenssaal and will perform in an extra concert works related to nature by female composers from the Renaissance to the present.

Young musicians from the region have with Generation Future Music a concert format based on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The result of this creative collaboration between young people will be performed on Friday, June 3 at 6:00 p.m. in the Forum am Schlosspark. At the same time, the wind sextet of the Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele will be playing at the «Frei Luft Musik« on Ludwigsburg’s market square.
