Payment

Tickets can be paid for in the online shop by SEPA direct debit or credit card. At the ticket office, you can pay by EC debit card or SEPA direct debit.

Charges

For postal card delivery, a shipping and handling fee of €5 will be charged per order. There are no fees for print@home orders.

Box office

The box office opens at each venue one hour before the performance. Please collect any reserved tickets that have already been paid for at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance. You can pay at the box office in cash or by EC debit card.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased by phone, email, or in person at the ticket office. Gift vouchers are valid for three years.

Ticket return

Please check your purchased tickets immediately. Complaints received later cannot be considered. As a rule, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. See also the Terms and Conditions.

Discounts

Young guests

Students, trainees, university students, and participants in the FSJ and BFD programs receive discounted tickets at €15. Advance sales in categories 2 to 5 are available at the ticket office, by email, or by phone. At the box office for all seats, subject to availability. Proof of eligibility must be presented at the entrance.

Festival Pass

For €50, students, trainees, university students, and participants of the FSJ or BFD program under the age of 30 can attend all performances during the 2026 festival season. The Festival Pass is personalised and non-transferable. It is available at the ticket office or can be ordered by email or phone. Tickets will be issued at the box office on the evening of the respective performance.

People with disabilities

Severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80% or more receive a 50% discount on the standard price of single tickets. The eligibility card must be presented when purchasing tickets.

Ludwigsburg Card

Holders of the Ludwigsburg Card receive free admission to performances at the Ludwigsburg Festival. Individual performances may be excluded from this rule. Tickets are available at the ticket office four weeks before the event.
