The Ludwigsburg Festival – International Festival Baden-Württemberg is one of the oldest music festivals in Germany and will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2032. Every year, outstanding artists transform Ludwigsburg into a lively festival city. With innovative concert formats and programs at special venues such as the Ludwigsburg Palace, the Forum am Schlosspark, and Ludwigsburg Market Square, we fill the city with music. Music takes center stage and connects people across cultural boundaries.

This committee acts in accordance with the Latin verb »curare«: to care for and nurture. Under the patronage of H.R.H. Michael, Duke of Württemberg, it actively supports the association behind the Ludwigsburg Festival. The circle of curators includes ambassadors and representatives from the worlds of culture and politics, who open doors and facilitate new contacts with ideological and financial sponsors. On the other hand, it includes patrons who support and enable projects with their annual financial contributions. With generous donations, the members of the board of trustees support the Ludwigsburg Festival and thus make a significant contribution to realizing new ideas and visions. Together, they are sponsors, key drivers, and multipliers for the goals of the Internationale Festspiele Baden-Württemberg.
