Castle Church | Fürstensaal
The picturesque municipality of Haigerloch in the Zollernalb district is definitely worth a weekend visit from Ludwigsburg. As an outdoor venue for the Ludwigsburg Festival, this baroque gem offers a magnificent backdrop for extraordinary musical experiences.
The Church »St. Trinitatis« was built between 1584 and 1609 in Gothic style and rebuiöt in 1858 by Prince Joseph Friedrich in the Baroque style of the time.
In the Fürstenbau, constructed in 1733, Prince Joseph Friedrich and his court once enjoyed the rich bathing and drinking culture of Bad Imnau. Today, the Fürstensaal, which served as a dance and banquet hall, has hosted the Ludwigsburg Festival for many years.
