María Dueñas has emerged as a luminous talent in classical music, captivating audiences with her extraordinary range of tonal colors, impeccable technical prowess, and interpretations that blend artistic maturity with bold expressiveness. In 2023, she released her debut album »Beethoven and Beyond«, which earned her the prestigious OPUS KLASSIK award as Young Artist of the Year, adding to an array of grand and first prizes, including the Senior Division of the Menuhin Competition, the Viktor Tretyakov, the Vladimir Spivakov International Violin Competitions, and the Zhuhai International Mozart Competition. As a soloist, she has already collaborated with some of the world’s leading orchestras and conductors, including Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Manfred Honeck, Daniel Harding, Alain Altinoglu, Paavo Järvi, and Vasily Petrenko. The world premiere of Gabriela Ortiz’s »Altar de Cuerda« with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Gustavo Dudamel is part of the album »Revolución diamantina«, which won three GRAMMY Awards in 2025.
