British tenor Dominic Lee studied at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and earned a Master’s degree in music from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, followed by studies at the Guildhall Opera School. He has performed in the choruses of major British opera houses, including Glyndebourne Festival and Opera Holland Park, and has taken roles in »Carmen«, »The Yeomen of the Guard«, and »Lucia di Lammermoor«. Starting in the 2025/26 season, he will join the International Opera Studio at the National Theater Mannheim, taking on roles such as Abdallo in »Nabucco«, Pasquin in »Le Docteur Miracle«, and the First Armored Man in »The Magic Flute«. Besides opera, he is active as a concert singer, performing oratorios across the UK, including Handel’s »Messiah«, Mozart’s »Requiem«, Haydn’s »The Creation«, as well as Bach’s »St. John Passion« and »Mass in B Minor«. In March 2026, he returned to Worcester Cathedral as the tenor soloist in Mendelssohn’s “Elijah” with the Worcester Festival Choral Society.
