Dutch violinist Noa Wildschut made her debut at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam when she was seven, and now, at 25, she has established herself firmly on the international classical music scene. She studied with Antje Weithaas in Berlin, gained significant inspiration from Anne-Sophie Mutter, Janine Jansen, and Menahem Pressler, among others, and has won numerous prizes, including at competitions in Weimar, Amsterdam, and The Hague. In 2018, she curated the »Noa’s Choice« series at the Oranjewoud Festival and was the European Concert Hall Organisation’s »Rising Star« for the 2019/20 season. She has performed with orchestras such as the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, the Amsterdam Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra, and Camerata Salzburg, and has been invited to perform at the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival and the Dresden Music Festival. She has performed under conductors like Manfred Honeck, Vasily Petrenko, and Elim Chan, among others. She pursues her passion for chamber music with her duo partner Elisabeth Brauß, as well as with Pablo Barragán and Frank Dupree, and released a CD with the latter two on Warner Classics in July 2024.
