From courageous, minimalist chaos, ideas are born; ideas lead to motifs, and these motifs finally constitute musical wonders. This process is explored by around 80 children and young people from various schools, who experience first-hand how they playfully transform from performers into composers. Following the rousing success of the 2022 edition, the countless possibilities of minimal music will once again be opened up to students from Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area this season. Music means much more than just reproducing existing works: it is a sound universe that is open to everyone, regardless of previous education. The participants will prove at the end of May in the Musikhalle that wonderful group compositions can arise from these principles.
