Please note: All visitors of indoor concerts must prove at the entrance that they have been vaccinated/healed or have tested negative on the day of the event. Unless a separate regulation applies due to occupancy capacity. You can find more details on the respective event page. 

Outdoor events are no longer subject to the verification requirement.


Outdoor events take place in all weathers, as long as they are reasonable for the musicians and dancers. Please provide rainproof clothing if necessary.


Unfortunately, we cannot offer catering or a cloakroom this year.

Box office

Tickets for our events are also available – if still available – half an hour before the event starts at the box office of the venue. Please note that only cash payment is possible.

Tickets may be paid for by SEPA direct debit, credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or in cash at the ticket office. At the box office, cash payment only is possible.

Fees

There is a shipping and handling fee of € 4.10 for each order (€ 6.20 for orders of € 250 or more). There is no fee for a print@home order in the online shop. 

Reservations

Please collect reserved tickets at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance. The ticket price must be paid even if reserved tickets are not collected.

Ticket return

Please check your tickets immediately. Later complaints cannot be considered.

Information on ticket refunds for cancelled events

Tickets for events for which we are still seeking alternative dates remain valid, but may be returned.


Tickets for events already cancelled can be returned to the ticket agency where they were purchased; the price will be refunded. Tickets may be returned up to two weeks after the date of the event; if you do not return them, you will be supporting the Festival (#ichwillkeingeldzurueck). Tickets purchased in the Festival office may also be exchanged for vouchers. If an event is postponed, the return period for tickets is extended until the new date of the event.


You have purchased your tickets through the ticket office or the Ludwigsburg Festival webshop. Whether in person, by phone, in writing, by e-mail or online: if you have purchased your tickets through the Ludwigsburg Festival ticket office or webshop, you can decide whether you wish to have a refund, to exchange the tickets for a voucher – or perhaps to donate the ticket price to the festival for current projects. Please contact us by phone, e-mail or in writing (see contact details above). If you have paid by direct debit, the price of your tickets will be retransferred to your account. You have a valid voucher for the Ludwigsburg Festival. On request, active and valid vouchers will be extended for one year. Please contact us (see contact details above) and have your voucher number to hand.


You wish to exchange your tickets for a voucher. We will be happy to issue you a voucher for the Ludwigsburg Festival to the value of your tickets (valid for three years from date of issue). Arrival, admission and route guidance

● All visitors and accompanying persons of indoor-concerts must prove at the entrance that they have been fully vaccinated vaccinated, have been recovering for a maximum of six months or have tested negative (PCR test not older than 48 hours, antigen test updated daily). ● By entering the venue, you agree to the hygiene regulations. The instructions of the supervisory staff must be followed at all times.

● You are not allowed to change/leave of your assigned seat during the performance.

● The above rules also apply to exiting the auditorium, building and grounds. Please note that all concerts are without intermission.

● Wayfinding is designed to minimize encounters. Signage is used to make the safety distance of 1.5 metres visible to you.

● Unfortunately, we have to dispense with contact services such as cloakroom service. You may take your cloakroom with you into the hall.
